Can Claude really help build my Shopify store?
Shopify offers a connector that lets Claude help create a store preview, add products and write descriptions. You still set up payments, your domain and shipping in Shopify, and features and requirements change, so check Shopify's Help Center.
Do I need technical skills to open a store?
No coding is needed. Shopify stores are built from themes and a visual editor, though setup takes some time.
How much does it cost to start?
Shopify Basic is $39 a month, or $29 billed annually, plus payment fees. You will also need a domain and possibly a paid theme or apps. See our cost guide.
Will customers find my store on their own?
No. Unlike a marketplace, your own store needs you to bring the traffic through social media, search, email and word of mouth.
